Beginning with the idea that good writing comes from bad writing, my students in Teenage Novelist were challenged to write the worst story ever.

I’m thinking about journeys tonight, as I get ready for a drive to Yellowstone. And I’m thinking about the journeys we take in our relationships.
My WIP right now is a tough one, as it takes me back to a painful time in my life, and to relationships I’m still sorting out.

My debut YA novel is scheduled for release in May, 2012, so this morning I was thinking about the word “launch.” I think I came to my previous book releases a little bewildered,
